Refunds: All fees and payments regarding to Courses, Accommodation and Airport pickup are subject to the refund policy below. We will Refund: ·100% of payments received (excluding the 200Eur deposit) when cancelling more than 4 weeks before your scheduled arrival date. ·50% of payments received when cancelling 2-4 weeks before your scheduled arrival date. ·25% of payments received when cancelling less than 2 weeks before your scheduled the arrival date. ·0% of payments received for accommodation and airport pick-up when canceling after the scheduled arrival date. Changes All changes (i.e. type of accommodation or course, arrival date, destination) are free of charge when communicated at least 4 weeks before the arrival date. When communicated later all changes are subject to availability and are charged a minimum fee of 30Eur. Late Fee: All registrations received within 4 weeks of the starting date are subject to a late fee of 30Eur. Included in Price - Text books and all study material, - Initial level test, - Cultural classes - Some free time activities like welcome party and guided tours - Access to all the facilities at the schools including free internet, library or student facilities. - 24 hour emergency number - Tutor you can contact if t access Not included in Course Fees - Enrollment fee: 60Eur - Airport pick-up - Combining cities: 45Eur - Late fee or changes in reservation after arrival: 30Eur - Health and Travel Insurance - Accommodation - Excursions and some free time activities Holidays: Classes cancelled by local holidays will not be made up by additional classes. Accommodation: All accommodation offered by AASS in shared student flats, with host families or in student residences are available from Sunday 12 midday before the course starts until Saturday 12 midday after the course has finished. If you want to arrive before or stay longer please this might be possible but depends upon availability. Accommodation Deposit: At some of the accommodations offered by AASS the student will have to pay a deposit upon arrival which will be paid back again if the accommodation is left in the same conditions as upon entering. We will inform you about the exact amount if required - it will normally be between 200-400Eur
